Rambling of an Old Man
I've been having this back pain for quite some time now. Previously, I tried doing abs exercises using 3 different methods but still my back hurts and my personal trainer with this serious face said that I should get it check *sheeesh, I hate it when somebody does that to me*
Since I over exercised my body for the past few days, hence now I'm having fever :( aishhhhhhhh. Went to see our family Doctor.

Aiman: Doc, I've been having this back pain every time I do weights.
Doc: Oh, once you have a back problem, for life you will have it. It runs in your family. So all you can do now is, learn and train yourself how to take care of it. Here, let me show you how.

Aiman: Isn't there anything you can do about it? cause I'm pretty young to be following all that.
Doc: Nope, don't worry. It's pretty normal. 80% of the Doctors go through that, including me (smiles happily)
*I AM NOT GOING TO BE A DOCTOR and whats the relation?! pffft!!*
