This is an overdue post but what the heck! Ske hati aku la nak tulis apa lol. So recently I've been given the chance to watch a Mock Trial "Checkmate" Theater organised by UIA LAW's students. What is Mock Trial? Well Mock Trial is an annual event organised by students under the aegis of the Law and Society of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL) pendek kata budak2 law nye event la ni.

So pwetty ;')

I was extremely excited as I've never been to UIA before. Never. Tak pernah. Ye, saya tak pernah pegi UIA, Gombak sebab jauh dan takde kawan. LOL. Anyhow, my first impression of UIA, Gombak is they are soooooooooo Green. Surrounded by greeneries. Hijau kan warna kegemaran Rasul. I was also mesmerized by the two minarets standing tall by the mosque. I wish they were more minarets. Baru nampak majestic lagi (cakap macam hebat je kan) 

The dormitories or they call it as Mahallah, are somewhat acceptably clean lah. I mean, by the look from my eyes macam tu je pandang nampak bersihla. Takdela kotor busuk amat sampai nak muntah semua bagai kan haha. Acaff said the mosque is a beauty if you see it from inside but then tak sempat nak masuk plak sebab time tu pun dah lewat malam.

Anyhow "checkmate" was very original and interesting. With so many various characters playing, they managed to create a mysterious case where the detectives were unable to reveal the truth behind the mystery. It was like watching Sherlock Holmes but a funnier version of it. While watching, I learn so much, I discover so many values hidden. Something that we all ought to learn.

Justice

Law

Negligence

Noble 

and so on (padahal malas nak pikir kahkahkah)

Lastly, I'll end this post with a quote written in the "checkmate" handbook.

So, for those who were at the streets, where others looked down with disgust,

For those who were beaten down, even when its unjust,

For those who were poorer, yet still helped the poorer,

Can they be blamed if justice came with terror?
